As a first Devops Skåne meet-up, you’ll get to hear a small presentation around Kubernetes, one of the most trending frameworks nowadays.
Our speak will be Kalinux, Devops & Open Source Believer at JEXIA. The topic will be ‘Working efficiently with containers’.
This will be a basic introduction to Kubernetes and Simple LoadBalancer for your application. We will touch upon Kubernetes basics, showing how to create pods, deployments and service. We will look at ways to bring your Docker container into Kubernetes. Lastly, we’ll see how to get your application loadbalanced using Docker and Kubernetes. The demo will be shown in an automated workflow (environment) using Vagrant + Puppet.
